Hi There,
I recently purchased this Sony MEX-N5300Bt from Vision and I was hoping the wiring harness comes with 16 pin wires but it only came with 13 wires. I need to know which pin is for my power antenna (blue) the harness that came with it has blue/white for remote.
I will be installing this to my 1998 Rav4
Thanks

They went away with the power antenna wire several years back. Alpine is the only one that still has power antenna and remote.

Oh no! Really? I'm using alpine car deck at the moment and it comes with blue wire and blu/white. Do you know if one of the pin from my harness will give out 12 volts when you switch to radio? I don't mean the remote wire ( blue/white) if not then i will have to get use to it. Thank you again

According to Sony, it would be pin #6. 16-pin wiring harness for the MEX-N5300BT: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/mobile-cd-players-digital-media-players-mex-series/mex-n5300bt/articles/00025257

Take a diode or resistor and stick the leg of it into the 3 available spots you have on your harness and use a volt meter to see if one of the 3 have 12 volts on it when the tuner is on and no voltage on it when listening to another source. Let us know what you figure out.

At first I was just mildly skeptical of their info. I decided let's see where pin 6 is. After seeing this i am mo longer mildly skeptical.
Tried posting image from my phone. Give me a minute to email it to myself.

Above photo is of a 4200bt, the only difference is there is not an illumination wire on mine. They said white was on pin 1.
