is there a harness for 04 accords with nvigation to easily wire up subs and speaker amps .

You will probably have to splice the wiring in. On word of caution, that head unit has a pretty high output and I would suggest using an LOC which can handle the power. The SoundGate (www.soundgate.com) LOC4 has high performance and high power handling.
