what is stereo stable and how do you wire an amp in that way.

there is no such thing as "stereo stable".  the word stable is in reference to how stable the amp is (load wise) in stereo vs. mono.  For example, a typical Class A/B amp will be stable at 2 ohm stereo, 4 ohm mono.  High current amps will be stable to 1 and 0.5 ohm in stereo.  Digital class D amps often run 1 ohm mono...

You don't wire an amp "stereo stable" as you can see.  elaborate a bit more and we can help.
