Hi,

I am new to this forum, also new to cars, so this is REALLY a newbie question. Ok, here it is, I bought a pioneer DEH-P560MP car receiver, I installed it, but I wanna make it able to play when i use my remote starter. Like I don't want to always have to put in my keys to play music. How should Wire my receiver?

Thanks for your help

the only way I could think to do this without any sort of relay from the alarm would be to take the red ign/acc wire going into the deck, and connect it to a constant +12 volt source, you could just wire it in parallel to the yellow 12v wire going in to the deck, with this setup though you would have to turn the deck on and off manually by using the power button every time you started and stopped your car
