your fact. amp is prob. going out those systems are turds... poop .. bose ... but hey i could be wrong . if you need to know what every wire is and you dont know how to test for them then go to the dealer they will print you out a diagram ... hummm what i would do ... burn the car.. o wait .. go to the trunk.. and locate the amp for the rears unplug it see if you still have the prob.. this bose system was back in the day when they used 1 amp for each spkr .. right guys ? correct me if im wrong .. in the front.. in the back they used 1 amp for both rears.. why start in the rear????? cause it takes 1 min unless you like taking those door panels off .. if that doesnt do it try the fronts.. now to get an idea of maybe where to start .. turn the car on let the radio come on and listen for anything if one spkr comes on first or pops before or crackles anything wierd and thats where you start crank the radio up loud see if any  cut out if everything is still ok it could be an amp turn on notice your power ant  is it doing anything strange when your radio cuts out .??? are you losing just sound or the lights and everything?  well you could allways burn it.. lol well good luck

Check to see if you have a bose system in your car (look for the bose logo on the speakers or cd player). If you do then it will probobly cost an arm and a leg to repair. I would take a look at www.carstereohelp.com 's bose repair section. They might be able to help you.
