Good or Bad
Iv used them and some say they strip and stink....
maybe glue them in ?

They are great!!! But who wants to wait for glue to dry?
Oh, cool... I have a suggestion or 2
I always add some liquid nails when I put them in, but I don't like to wait for it to dry before I put the sub in. I have found the best way to keep them in place while installing the sub is to simply tape them in with masking tape. Cover the whole rear of it if you want, the screw will push a hole in the tape as it passes through. When you are ready to remove the driver for any reason, the liquid nails should have set and you will have no more worries.
Next, try hurricane nuts. here They are great and easier to use overall.
