I have looked and I can afford

Rockford Fosgate Punch stage 3 10" (P3104D)

Rockford Fosgate HX2 10" (RFD2210)

Infinity Kappa Perfect 10" (10.1D)

Alpine Type SWR 10"

Kenwood Excelon 10" (1025DB)

I have a Kenwood Excelon 811D 1000Watts @ 1Ohm, These are all DVC subs. If you have any other sugestion I that would be great. but I think this is all I can afford I'm getting 2 of them.

Kappa Perfect.

I would also consider one Adire Brahma 10" or 12" instead.

I have thought about one 12, but my problem is that I have 2 memphis power reference dvc 12 right know. I have a 1995 chevy ext. cab, Im tired of taking out the box when my family all goes with me. I am going to build 2 seperat seald boxes, under the back seat. I have kenwood excelon desk, 51-4 up fron and 6X9's in the rear with a kenwood excelon 521 runing all 4 of these. I almost went with the kenwood excelon 10's but I don't think their going to give me the spl that Im looking for. Im already going down fron 12 to 10. I can get the other 10's mentioned above for under 125.00 each. that is the price Im looking for but need the best spl I can get so I wont be disappointed going from 12's to 10's. The last 10" subs I have had were in 1995 and they were lanzar opti drives, I have heard lanzar went to crap.

Definately the kappa perfect.  They put off huge sound with some great sound quality.  I've got just the kappa (one ten) and it put's my friend's pioneers (two 12") to shame.  That's my opinion but I'm able to vouch for their spl and sq.  It's probably the best for the price.  Two tens would be some sweet sound quality with a good amp it would put out some serious "loundess" (is that a word?).  The Alpines are my next choice.  Fosgate's hx2 is a possibility.  I know they are loud but not sure on sq.  The kenwood is my second to last only b/c i've never heard it.  My last choice (definately) is the new Rockford P3.  There are too many other speakers out there that put off better sound and last longer than the new rockfords.  Just my opinion.
