Hello, I have a deck w/ 1 set preouts for front, and the other set is for the sub.I need to run the front to a 2 channel amp but I need to know if I can then run all 4 door speakers in series off that 2 channel amp w/out any problems? I don't care about having ballance adjustment or fade front to rear. The front speakers are infinity 2way and rear are vifa mid only, and the amp is an old crappy coustic160.Or do I want to run them parallel? Please Help!!!   James

Parallel if your amp can handle a 2ohm load. Series if it cannot. Although, you might be better off running the infinity 2-ways off the amp and the vifas off the head unit.

^^What he said...Run the fronts off the amp but run the rears off the head unit.  You'll be able to adjust the fade and have higher quality sound out of your main speakers.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

I would do the same, or look on here for a 4 channel amp, I know there are normally quite a few for sale for less then $200     But if you have to I would power your fronts before I would worry about the rear speakers,   Rear speakers are normally for fill, or for a passenger in the rear. But who cares about the chump in the back seat anyways   haha      I know what happens in my back seat, your head vibrates all over from the subs and the seat I always leave down   haha
