I have 2 15" punch hx2
I also have 1 12" jl w7
Which One would have more spl
what are advantages, disadvatages
I play rap music most of the time what kind of box would be better for my 2 15"'s and how many ft2 per woofer.
I looked at jl website and im going to build the slot ported enclosure 1.75ft2 what do you think?

The 2 15"s will probably have more SPL.

Post us the specs of those woofers, particularly the power handling and the efficiency.  Also, what amplifier are you planning to drive them with?

what do you mean by efficiency?
right now i have a 2ch 1000w koiiler (cheap), im going to buy a rf 1001bd though
I have the 15's hooked up right now with that amp but low notes are really shetie I think it's because of my (bandpass) box which has like .5ft2 per woofer.
other than the low bass, everything else Im impresed with
Please help

for HX2's, port those buggers, give em about 2 cubes a piece and tune it ~ 32-34 Hz. They will crank, and prolly give you higher numbers. SQ wise tho the W7 is the obvious choice.
"I don't play games. I play Nakamichi and that for real yo" - Probably some japanese kid said this in the early 80's trying to sell stereo out of his trunk lol.
