04' Silverados use a 70-2003 (Metra part numbers) shell not a 70-1858 and they are class 2 data as of 2003. You will need a class 2 data interface module for this vehicle and which one depends on if you have OnStar or factory amps in the vehicle. There are other ways but if you want as plug and play as possible, spend the extra money and use the proper part. Post back if you would like me to help you in finding out if you have an amp in the vehicle as I have the RPO codes for your vehicle. Don't assume if your door panels say Bose that you have an amp as they use Bose speakers in these vehicles without an amp as an option.

Also, 2003 Silverados use a double din kit, 99-2003. The antenna adapter is fine.
