I have 2 power acoustik fubr12 subs each are dual voice coil and a power acoustik amp lt980/2 or sumhing like that i wannakno the correct way to wire this all up

Your amp requires a minimum 4-ohm load when bridged. Assuming your subs are DVC 4-ohms, wire them like this:
