get some 15 inch kicker L7's on ebay for around ur price. even 2 would be plenty.

1 Resonant Engineering XXX 18" will beat the crap out of 4 $150 subs. That or even the RE XXX 15" or Adire Audio Brahma 15" will be about the same as 4 cheep 15's and you will save space and get a better quality sound.
