I have a 1972 Cutlass 4 Door. In it I have a Pioneer DEH 3500 HU and off of that I have a 300 watt Boss amp bridged running 2 Boss SPL 12"s. The ground noise is very loud even when the car is Idling. I custom installed the HU and it is grounded very well below 0Ohms. I have the amp grounded on the chassis in the trunk using about 3ft wire. I have also tried other placed and the same problem occurs at the same rate. I sanded the spot for the connection to the chassis. I ran the power wire away from the rca also.. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Have you checked the resistance of the ground point of your amps (referencing back to the battery)? I am sure those Boss amps dont have much for isolation and noise suppression design.
Also, you cant have below 0 ohms of resistance as you state your head unit has.
