I am about to install a 12" eclipse sub & acoustic amp in my fiancee's 2004 Toyota Corolla Type S.  Now my question is she doesn't want to purchase a new HU so I need to know where I can hook the remote wire to.  I heard you can tie into the clock but I don't know where the wiring runs to.  The stores don't have the car manual yet b/c i guess it's too new of a car.  Does any1 know the wiring of this car?  I already have an LOC and everything, i'm not sure where to run the remote to.  Thanks

Look for a PIE 1VT low voltage trigger. It will generate a remote turn on lead from the rear speaker leads so you won't even have to pull the HU.
