alright, i have a kenwood headunit along with my kicker front and rear speakers, i also had 2 kicker 12s on a 1200w bose. i installed everything myself and everything was runnin fine for at least 4 or 5 months.Until one day my amp was not getting any power so i tried messing around with the power wire at the battery i disconnected it then re connected it and when i went to turn on my car i had power from my cd player, but something wasnt right, i mean it would play a cd but no sound would come out. i really had no clue what was wrong so i left it alone for a while. evey time i turned on my car for about a week after the cd player would just make this humming sound, it still wouldnt play a cd or the radio, but i could still like change the stations and the tracks on a cd. Then it stopped lighting up and seemed to have lost power completely, accept when i would open the drivers side front door all the way, the strangely it would light up as if tit were normal, but when i shut it the power went out again. I checked all the fuses, all the wire connections at the back of the cd player but everthing seemed fine. I recently took it in to an car audio expert and he couldnt tell me what was wrong he checked everthing and tried reseting the cd player, he said that maybe i had a burnt wire somewhere, but i dont at least not that i know of.so i dont know what to do, im wandering if maybe i just need a new cd player, but id rather try to fix this one than going out and buying one when it may not even be the problem.

so now that you have an idea of the situation im in, it would be a huge help if anyone could give me any ideas abouty what to do.
