i own a kicker 2301 amp with about 600 rms at 12v but do u think it can push 2 L7's wit about 750 rms on each sub??? also what other kicker subs will go good with this amp?

OK, first to dispell a myth.  You may use any amp with any speakers as long as you know what you're doing.  So yes, this amp will work fine with two L7's.  Will it push them to the limits of their capability?  No.  Will anything be harmed?  No, as long as you set the amp up correctly and do not drive it into clipping.

what if i up my volts on it, kicker says i will get 900rms , will that be able to push the subs at the peak?

well to up your volts you would start your car the specs you you are looking at do they  say 600 RMS @ 12volts and 900RMS @ 14.4 volts  and to answer you? no 900RMS will not push 2 12"L7"s to there limits but you will be in the recommended power range so you will get a good amount of SPL and those subs are not very go for SQ
