what material to use to stop rattling

i was wondering what kind of material is out there to reduce noises and rattles.  i have heard of dynamat is there something better and cheaper for a truck?  thank you

Brown bread, dynamat extreme (the regular stuff SUX), fatmat, richmat... How many you want?
There are sprays, mats, trowell-on, paint-on, dips...

you really wanna go with either dynamat or tsunami silencer but where do you wanna put it? is it for regular speakers or subs?

stinger road kill , underbody spray (black thick stuff only cheap tho ) , sheets of matting etc
