i am workin on fiberglassing my door panels, i was planning on puting a 6by9 in each door (in the front doors)  i have a pair of infinity kappa 6 by9s in the rear, thats what i was planning on running up front too , off of a orion 800watt 4 channel amp.  but since then i decided i will go with some 6 1/2 inch speakers in the doors, i was thinkin about goin with 2 per door,  i found a car on cardomian.com that has a set up  i like to do. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/259806

i been looking at component sets , thinking maybe goin with a component set per door.  but i like to get some imputs on if i should use component sets or get some 3 way coaxile speakers for the doors. i have been lookin around the web. i been considering the infinity kappa component set, but still lookin around, not really wantin to go crazy on the price.  right now just trying to figure out which route i would like to go, still gonna use the orion 4 channel amp.

i been thinkin of runnin a 6by9 per channel, then 2   6 1/2's per channel(or component set) depending on what route i go? please give some imput

would u like your chicken original or extra crispy?

Do a nice fiberglass setup with a component system. Since you are basically starting from scratch, you will have the opportunity to place the tweeter for optimal imaging.

yea with the tweeters i was thinking instead of putting both in the door, like the persons car in the picture has, i was thinkin about putting one in the door and one in a pod where the little plastice piece is from the outside side mirror. Kinda hard to explain.

So two tweeters per door? I am not following you.

You do however, want that tweeter to be as close to the mid as possible.
