When connecting the Voice Coils on a DVC Sub, in general, is it better to Solder or to use Crimp Connectors?

The same as with ANY other speaker. Crimping safer? Not necessarily, IF you know what you are doing. I don't recommend to others that they solder, but I solder most all of my car stero connections, myself... Otherwise, I can't think of any reason to solder over crimp. Mechanical connection will be better, but otherwise...

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
