On the Delphi FM Direct Adapter for the Roady2 they provide a cigarette lighter type plug for a power supply.  I would like to attach the plug to the radio harness so that the Roady will power up when I start the car and power off when I turn off the car.  Which two wires do I attached to on the 2002 Ford 150 standard radio harness?

well the wiring in the car is the easy part but you can't just cut the cig. lighter plug off and use the wiring b/c the roady takes a 6 volt in instead of a 12 volt in so what i do is break open the cig lighter plug and solder wires onto the little circuit board where the contacts are for the cig. lighter plug and that way you can hardwire it and still use the 12v to 6v converter in it
the wires in the car are as followed
access. 12volts=BLACK/ pink
ground=BLACK/ light green (right next to access. wire)
and also i take some foam tape and wrap the cig. lighter assembly and then tape it for short protection
any other questions let me know
