I'm planning the install for my newest vehicle a nice gas saving 94 honda accord.  I've been searching the forum for a few days for different ideas that i've been contemplating.  I have an alpine 9831 in it now with the factory junk, but in the garage I have a jl 300/2, a kicker kx 600.1, a set of diamond s600s, and a cdt es-sq12.   I thought of maybe trading out the diamonds for cdt braxials simply to be lazy and drop everything in, because if I have to use the diamonds I basically have to go in the sails and I'd have to fab something.  Then that made me think that if i'm going to have to make a mess I might as well make it a project worth doing and make some door "adjustments" and throw in a 3 way setup.  I had some Jl 8w0's a while back and I dug the way they made the double bass in metallica sound.   I thought about making kick pods but it would eat up the already small space for legs that there is.  So that leads me to my question.  I'm at a loss any new ideas other than these,

1. just be lazy and trade my diamonds for something that I don't have to mod anything for.

2. make some kind of change to the door panels and throw in some 8's with the s600's, and get a different amp.

Just two choices but I'm thinking I'd like to got with number two.  I just don't have any ideas on what to make, or if I could just throw the 8's in some new holes I put in the rear deck.  I don't know how good of an idea that would be though, as what I have read suggests the best spot would be up front.

So just curious for your opinions.  Anything will help.

I like ur CDT braxial idea. I think it'd be your lowest cost/least install headache option of those.
With a 12, I'm not sure how much added response you'd get from w08s .. you could bring your sub all the way down to 60hz or so.. really letting it shine, but with an es12, I'm not sure if i'd even make a difference... I mean.. that's a nice sub there... I dunno if dropping off that top 20hz or so for the sake of kicks and 8's is a really good idea.
With the amps you already have, I'd go with the easiest install..
just my opinion..
