what is sound pressure and level how do i tell what my stereo is?

SQ sound quality. how accurate a speaker reproduces sound. SPL sound pressure level. how loud somthing is. measured in decibels . the higher the number the louder it is.

thanks for all the help what does clip mean i was looking at a  thread about setting the gain and i kept on C turn the gain up until it starts to clip what does that mean?
new to the stereo world

the signal will start cliping. you will be able to hear it. then turn the gain down tell its clear.
