I installed A Pioneer AVIC-N2 In my 1999 F-250 All went well everything was giong well until one day I took out a CD to listen to the radio and nothing. The DVD/Navigation still work fine,The CD player still work fine,Screen still operates fine. but if I try to listen to radio nothing.I can scroll to a channel 107.9,99.3 whatever but I get no sound, static or anything, all 3 FM banks and AM banks are the same. I have checked all the connections and was wondering if any of you have had this problem or do I send it to Pioneer since it was installed by me?

Thanks for your advice

I don't really know anything about your head unit, but let me suggest this.  First, check to see if there is a "radio mute" function and make sure it is off.  Also, are you using HU power or external amps (although usually the problem is losing sound when you switch away from the radio...  You could always send an email to Pioneer technical support and ask them.  It may take a few days to receive an answer.
