Hi i am trying to get my freinds head unit to work but i cant get any sound out of it. i have all of it hooked up but no sound is coming out. it is a 95 jeep cheroke special edition with an amplified system. any info would be awsome

You need to connect the blue/white wire on the new stereo to the remote lead on the adapter harness.  That will power up the factory amp.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
