I've got a 2005 NIssan Pathfinder with the Bose speaker setup and now have the alpine iva-d310 and nve-872a in it too. The only problem is the alpine can't power all of my speakers now. I think it's 10 speakers with two different sized subs in the back, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know exactly how many and what sized speakers come in this car? Also am I just going to have to get a couple of amplifiers and run them together to power my whole setup?

Did they run new speaker leads from the head unit to the speakers? Or did they use an adapter to integrate with the factory amplifiers?

they pulled out the bose amplifier and now I'm running the speakers off the head unit.

well, there are amps that can run with the speaker leads from your HU. Not sure the best way to power 10 speakers though.
