Hey i have a JBL GTS180X amp and it is hooked up to a factory radio in a 1998 Mazda B3000 pick up truck.  Im using a IEC AULOC(adjustable line output converter) which allows me to hook a factory radio to a amp.

Now that ive figured out where i plug in the Remote wire to the ( yellow/black *switched 12v+* wire) now the remote light comes on but it flickers in a pattern so im not sure if this is spose to flicker or not.....but anyways everything else is hooked up and ready to go but im not noticing any sound gain......is the remote wire not done correctly?  or is somethign else wrong....

please point me in the right direction......and ask any questions you may need to improve your response....thanks in advance
