Hi, I am selling my old DEH-1400 on ebay and the buyer wants the harness. Thing is I pulled the power, ground & bat wires from the 18-pin connector to test the unit, and like a dummy, forgot to write down where they came from on the connector. So I need to know where to stick these pins back in. Can anyone help? Thanks

In short, it doesnt matter. The black end is the one that plugs into the deck, the white end plugs into the car, so unless he happens to own a car that that harness fits into then it doesnt matter because he would have to replace that plug anyways. If you still own the vehicle that you pulled this out of you could always use a dmm and plug the harness back into the vehicle and meter the wires.
