Im planning on buying an F150 very soon, and i want to go with twelve 12" L7's sealed walled off. Im planning on buying 2 more memphis 2000D mojo's, so i will have 3 amps all together. That will be over 6,000wrms just for my subs. Im not sure yet what i plan on doing about the mids and highs, im thinking kick panel components and door speaker components for now. So im probably going with a 4 channel 4x75wrms mclass amp. Im clueless on what i should do about powering all the amps. I know i want to upgrade the "big 3" to 0 guage, but im not sure if i should run dual alternators and if so how powerful? I also have a kinetik HC-1800 at my house, so i want to be able to use this battery. How many runs of  0 guage should i make? I was thinking of having a battery for each mojo amp and running one alt for my system and another alt for the stock electrical. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Thanks

Yes, we should put our collective minds together and design a twelve sub setup for you.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

Just a thought, and I am probably wrong about this, but I'm guessing that 12 12" subs will not fit in the cab of that truck. Not a single cab truck, anyway. Have you done any measuring or pre-design on how this is going to go together? Sounds like a rather daunting task, but if you're up for it and can make it work, go for it!

I agree, aside from my comments that were posted earlier (sorry mods / admin but it's who I am and I am a smart arse) I can see some major issues developing here. First off is the sheer size and weight of the box. Fitting that many subs into the cab can be done, but to do it in the proper box is not going to happen. You would be far better off limiting the number of subs and increasing the cabinet volume as it will yield far superior results. If we are talking about everyting going in the box and a canopy on top, I see vibration time coming on. What is the end goal of the system here?
Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.

My first thought was 6000 watts?  0-AWG ain't gonna cut it.  Second thought was 12 woofers?  Not in an F-150 without reinforcing the suspension.

Alright I see your ideas. I was planning on bagging my truck, also the F150 is an ext cab. I plan to take out the back seat. Would it be a better idea to go with 8 instead of 12? Im leaning more towards 8 because of the price issues with the L7's. I wanted to know what I should do about my electrical system with 8. Thankyou
