I'm not sure if this is a stupid question or not (if it is I apoligize), but can the remote power anttena line from the back of the head unit be used as a secondary remote trun on for a second amp?

Thanks for any info

when the radio is on is only when the pwr antenna wire is getting 12v....If you dont have a blue/white wire off the deck its just usally a blue wire (pwr antenna color) or you could always use the switched power (red on aftermarket deck harness).GL

Typically (not always), the power antenna lead loses power when you switch to a source other than radio (cd, etc.).  That would cause you to lose sound on other sources.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

what typically  is used for remote amp turn on in a dual amp situation. I have heard that hooking 2 amps to one remote turn on line is not good to do. I have done it before and it worked, but with lesser power amps.

You can fire up 2 amps with 1 remote turn, I haven't  had a problem with it. If you are concerened you could use a relay to trigger them both but its not necessary.
