Depending on the vehicle it most likely would be sufficient. I would suggest that you redo the wiring though if it were my vehicle.
If your counting pennies and dimes then maybe you shouldn't be spending every penny and dime you have!!

Didn't you already ask this question?  Yes, there is no problem using factory wiring as long as it is intact.

i have a very bad memory, i admit...i've installed everything from scratch myself and year and a half ago in my other car...and have forgotten most of it...good thing i quit smoking a few months ago...sorry for a repost.
