What would be the main reasons why there is more radio frequency interference when I turn my sub amplifier on?  I know that where I live there is bad reception to begin with, but when I turn my sub on it gets worse.  I verified this with a station that doesn't come in too well to begin with.  It's not a really big deal, but I would like to know what might cause this from an installation standpoint.

I'll take a stab at this. Amplifiers for subwoofers are generally class D switching amplifiers. It uses pulse width modulation to create an amplified signal which passes through a low-pass filter to get a smoother signal.
The quick on-off switching creates excess high-frequency radio interference which may be affecting your radio.

So what might be the cure for this, taking the switch off of the amp and wiring it with my four channel?
