I am at work with a customers car and I need this answered hopefully before the customer gets back

I unplugged the connectoprs on the back of the deck, there are like 6 or 7 of them

finished working on the car, pluged everything back in, put it all back together

everything works except the factory steering wheel controls, can someone please help

Try pulling the battery cables for 30 minutes then while both cables are off the battery touch them together. then reconnect to the battery.
