I'm replacing the OEM factory stereo in my 2006 Impala and I'm having problems with the antenna. Strange adapter, not the normal small GM antenna adapter like the one that was on the old GM cars, this one looks plastic.

The 2006-2007 GMLAN radios use the same antenna adapter as the newer Chrysler/Dodges - SCOSCHE part is

" CRAB " Also, the '06 up Escape & '07 F-150 have swithced to this connector( just the ones I know off the top of my head..)

Experience gained is directly proportional to the amount of equipment destroyed - break it & learn!

Any ideas where to connect to a switched power source? Probably the fuse panel I would guess...
