In an atempt to duplicate a work of art by fishman, I have built a door pod loaded with 1 alphasonik psw-208 8 inch drivers and kenwood 2 way 6 1/2 speakers running off the rear channel of a kenwood kfc-541.  My problem is even though this sounds good is there a passive crosover availible to keep only the low frequencies to the psw-208 and still let the kenwoods recieve the full spectrom, if not how do I make one?  Next my passive crossover failed in my Kfc-p605ie's in the front channel How do I find the guilty part and replace it? I bypassed the crossover and know its not the speakers they work fine.

thank you for the input, I have already replaced the front crossover with a replacement crossover of equal quality, so i dont need to test it to find the culprit (even though i did look for it in the section you recomended and didnt find it) As for the rear speakers I am thinking of purchasing an adio pipe three way crossover to remody that little problem. thank you again.
