I have a Pioneer 5800-MP that i just bought. I Recently hooked up 2 12" Volfenhag DVC series comp subs.  They worked fine for a day then, the right sub started making a rumble thunder sound at volume ZERO. I dont know what to do and it is starting to get really annoying. What is the problem

Could be it blew.  Volfenhag is generally really low-quality gear.  If it came with a warranty, take it back.

My guess is an issue with the head unit. Plug a different HU in, and see if it still does it. Try unplugging the RCAs, and see if the issue goes away. If it does, then I'd suspect even MORE strongly the head.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Is it a Volfenhag head as well? Is it a Pioneer head? If so, new or not, I'd try a different head.
If the ground is actually at fault, it could be any ground in the system, so I'd check them all, and reconnect then solidly to CHASSIS, not seatbolts... Also, recheck your engine block ground, and your chassis ground and your battery terminals for rust or corrosion.

Uh... no.  No offense, but based on that comment I suggest you need to take your car to an install shop in your area and get some help making sure your system is installed and setup properly.  Seriously.
