No Audio Coming From Door Speakers

i recently got a new headunit(pioneer DEH-P5800MP) installed in my car...and about a week after the installation i had the volume running about 75% the door speakers stopped working but the subs still run.. so the next day i went out to my car turned the subs off then turned the volume up to about 60%...nothing happened...turned the subs on while the volume was still running and let the subs run for about 15 seconds eventually the door speakers came back on and my system was back to normal what could have caused this to happen and this has actually happened to me twice since the head unit has been installed and has been fixed by turning the subs upCar: 99' Mazda 626
