I'm putting a sub in a 2006 gmc  pick up w/ a bose premium sound system( with a factory sub between the frt seats). these  amplified  factory systems are new to me as far as installs go.

what kind of line out converter do I need to get & is it a radio specific or will a universal one work.

and i also need a radio diagram for this aplication.

thanks!!

If you're unsure which converter to use, get an adjustable loc, capable of handling 30-40 watts. I think you can even get one at WalMart, but if you explain what you're doing to the guys at a local stereo shop, they should give you what you need. If you're adding a sub amp, be sure to tie into the factory subwoofer leads (and unhook or remove the factory sub).
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
