what is a quality affordable amp kit?

I'm looking for a 4 gauge amp kit, but am getting lost in all the choices.  Many suppliers are vague about what they offer, and I'm concerned about buying a kit and finding out the cable is smaller than advertised.  I had finally decided on AudioPipe Platinum 2100 kit, but after browsing through this forum I'm not so sure.  Would it be a good kit if I'm not willing to spring for a stinger?  Also, a lot of people seem to like the knukonceptz kits, and they are affordable, but the copper/aluminum combination is worrysome.  There's a good reason why they stopped using aluminum wire for residential applications.  I'm also looking at a pyle kit...  gahhh!  Please help me decide and not get ripped off.

Yeah, just make sure you are getting what you want, I purchased an inexpensive brand, but 2 guage wire, for the amp kit alone. When compared to my wiring I used for the big 3 (purchased separately, locally) it is about the same size :-/ but whatever, everything gets more than enough current than they need and I saved a few bucks haha! The main difference, is the inexpensive 2 guage has significantly more insulation on it than the REAL 4 guage, possibly they make the rubber/plastic insulation thicker to make it look like it is really 2 guage, but IT worked well for me because I have it run through a few tricky spots that The added insulation helps me with peace of mind. (I now casually refer to the 2 guage cheep kit as 4 guage, when talking to friends etc...)99 Blazer LT.   Yellow Top. Big 3. Infinity Kappa Speakers All Around. I'd go with the Kolossus wire...the KLM wire is stiffer and 10% copper 90 % aluminum...the Kolussus is better
