I've been out of the car audio world for a while now. I haven't upgraded any of my system in about 4 years. Now I'm looking to spend about $200 on a new pair of 6.5" coaxials. I chose coaxials over components because I don't want to fab something up to hold the tweeters or the crossover, I just want a simple install.
So since I've been out of the car audio world, what can I expect to get for that price? So far I've found this: Focal 165-CV1
I know someone is going to reply "Go out and listen to the speakers before you buy them and just get what you think sounds best!" But the only places around me that I can do that are Best Buy and Circuit City. They don't have the quality of gear that I'm looking for (last I check at least). There are a couple other sound places around, but, I guess because of the area, they don't carry any speakers more expensive than ~$100 a pair.
Any input is appriciated.
If you're curious I'll be using an old MTX 4244 for the amp. I just haven't decided on over or under powering the speaker (with correct gain settings of course) since I'll be taking out my rear fill with the new setup.

CDT makes some very nice co-axials too.  I am just not sure of their prices.  HERE is the link.
That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.

Thanks KarTuneman.
CDT looks good, but they seem to have a quick jump in prices from $100 to $300.
Anyone else have some input (shameless bump)?

Shameless bump for Focal and Morel over anything from CDT.

Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.
