I have a 2005 Honda Accord LX 4 dr and am in the process of upgrading my current crappy audio system. I am planning on using the factory HU, but am replacing all the speakers and will be adding a 4 channel amp (US Acoustics USB4065). I've got a pair of MB Quart DKC169 6x9's in the rear deck and went to install a pair of Infiniti 6012i 6.5's in the front doors, however I ran into a problem last night as the mounting depth is very shallow and the Infiniti speakers will not fit without a baffle of sort. Does anyone have any idea of the dimensions (thickness) that the baffle should be?

Thank you in advance.

Roll the window down, plop the speaker into place (carefull not to scratch your window tint) or get a friend to hold it. Pull it out away from the glass and see the distance needed on the outside of the inner door.
