Was looking at buying speakers and amp. 2 pairs of  Pioneer Component speakers (TS-C1625), and a 4 channel Pioneer Amp (GM-6300F). Basically i have looked at the specs of the speakers and they are 4ohm, 220Watts max (which i know is useless and should be ignored) 60Watts nominal rating,. The Amp's specs say "continuous power (4ohm) 60Wx4". Now basically all i wanted to know is if this particular amp is suitable for running the two pairs of component speakers. By 60watts nominal rating does that mean that 60watts RMS is sufficient? Its a probably a really stupid question, i just want to know if i need an amp thats more powerful or weaker. Thanks

ADDITION forgot to ask: Also i have already have a Rockford Fosgate P2002 2 channel amp, adding to the question if running two amps. A four channel amp and a two channel amp what specs should i look for when buying an amp wiring kit so i can run them properly. I know that there are different ratings for different wiring kits. Would a 8GAmp 1800W kit be enough?

That 4channel will power those components fine. As for the wiring, use this:

https://www.the12volt.com/info/recwirsz.asp based on all the fuses on the amps added together and how long the power wire will need to be from the battery to the distrobution block.
