Anyone ever put a double din in a dodge neon?

What year neon?  It can be done with little modification.

It's a 04 or 05, can't remember.
SX series I think is what it's called.

Theres room, it is do able. try getting on a neon forum some neon nut will have pics of one. You ever do any fabrication and or fiberglass work?

Alright...there's plenty of room to do this, you'll just have to be careful with the dremel or you'll be replacing the center stack trim ring.  The stock radio is a 1.5 DIN with rounded edges.  You can cut .25 DIN above the radio and .25 DIN below the radio and you'll be fine.  On the bottom it'll take you right to the top of the small pocket/defroster switch/power outlet assembly.  On the top it'll take you to just a hair below the HVAC controls.  Good luck and make sure to post pictures!
