Not gonna do anything more than tell you there is a link on the left side of the page. You can find it as easily as we can. There isn't a 2000 specifically, but I bet that the year or so before and/or after will be the same.

Also, you could purchase a harness, the recommended method.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
