dual 1 ohm wiring options, confused

Well im getting confused. First I hear dual 1's can only be wired to .5, and 2 ohms. Then I hear they can only be wired to .25, 1 and 4 ohms. Which is correct?!?!?!

1 woofer can be wired either .5 or 2 ohms.   2 woofers can be wired at .25, 1 or 4 ohms.

try using this part of this site on woofer wiring
The wire I'm test'n isn't doin' what it's supposed to be doin'... I am so glad I printed that tech sheet, with the wrong info.
Do it right the first time... or I might have to fix it for ya
