Do you remember if this truck had a flip key or a regular key?
It looks like you used idatalink GM7 firmware, right?

I believe the parking lights are negative at the BCM. I use a combination of the DEI RSR (DBALL2 does it all) and the flashlogic (idatalink) install guide to do the entire install without removing a single panel...save for the side cover to run the antenna. Whole install is done in half an hour! Same with the other GM cars that have the same style BCM 2010+ 2014+ Sierra/Silverado 1500 2500 3500 Remote Start Pictorial -- posted image.
You can do many modern cars this way such as the focus...do the old rx/tx ign wires but do it behind the glove box. Just remember to swap ends on the rx wire if you need to cut it. You are just at the other end of the same wires! Be careful! If the colors don't match that means it passes through another module and you NEED to grab at the recommended places!
To master and control electricity is perfection. *evil laugh*

2014+ Sierra/Silverado 1500 2500 3500 Remote Start Pictorial -- posted image. Top notch pictorial as usual.
Recently worked on one with a Compustar 7000 + Blade-al. Install went smooth. Accuracy of this pictorial is right on the money !
