Just wondering if anyone has any pointers on doing this install because the truck is a deisel and i havent done one yet... Thanx in advance!

Same as any ford. Most remote starters will have a delay start from diesels, just have to activated it and set the delay.

Posting the make and model number of the remote start system would help.
As StealthEs has mentioned most RS systems have a delay timer you can program. However your truck has a regular wait to start light right in the dash, easy to get to, it's the BLACK/ pink wire.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
