How can you get the Compustar (2wss-r) to do a r/s brain takeover when i just want to take the key out, run inside to get something with the engine still running?

If it's a automatic, press the remote start button, wait until you see the parking lights flash or hear the relays click and remove the key.

If it's a manual turn on the turbo mode for that instance and turn it off afterwards if you don't want it on.

its usually called quick stop feature. on autos, it will be holding the start button on the remote, a relay will click or your side lights will show (if headlight off)
