autopage rs 1000 signal delay

I was wondering if anyone has a RS 1000 installed and can let me know if there is a delay between the sending and recieving signals.  I currently have the Compustar 2WSS and the range is great when it works.  I hate walking up to my car trying to unlock my doors for 3 mins, however I can be 3000 feet away and it works great.  Does the RS 1000 have similiar problems or is it still in trial mode.  Thanks...

i've done a lot of autopages and yes they do have a delay. well it's not actually a delay but if you arm the alarm and right away you trigger it you have to hit the disarm(or unlock) button a couple of times. but if you just wait about 5-8 seconds after the alarm triggers you just have to hit the button once. good luck.alarm king
