I will be installing an Excalibur RS-22 on a 1997 Ford Explorer. There is nothing in the install manual about domelight supervision. From what i see the wire in the vehicle is BLACK/ light blue and +. Could someone please explain how i can wire dl supervision... Thanks.

I can't find a manual for that RS-22, but I'm assuming it's the same as the MARS22 which is also made by Omega. If you could verify that by going to MARS-22.pdf and comparing the wiring diagram on the last page to yours it would be helpful.
There are 2 possible ways you can do domelight supervision on your car.
1. If turning the key to unlock in the driver's door(without opening the door) activates the domelight, then just connecting the OEM disarm wire from the Excalibur to the factory disarm wire on the Explorer will be sufficient.
2. If the key in the doorlock doesn't turn the domelight on, I would suggest using a 528T pulse timer, activated by the (-) unlock wire from the Excalibur.
