530t window module problems chevy express

Hello All, I have Viper 5701 remote start installed in my 2006 Chevy Express Van. It works fine. I just installed 530T window module. If I use the Viper remote everything works fine, windows roll up when armed, I can vent them and roll down with aux. The problem is the driver side window switch inside the car, I can only roll windows all the way up or all the way down. The passenger side switch works fine. Help please.

If I hold it down nothing happens, I have to press and let go then the window will go up or down (there is a small delay). When window is traveling and I press the switch again it will reverse the direction and will go all the way to the end in opposite direction. The driver side switch has auto down for the driver side only.
